3. Damaged or Defective Products

We will review the request and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
* Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
* COD refunds may be transferred to bank account or wallet
* Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for eligible products and subject to stock availability.

7. Return Shipping

Return pickup is generally arranged by the delivery partner. In cases where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy process.
